Srivaraha Traditions — Terms of Service
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns, Exchange, Refunds & Cancellation policies.
- Your information: You must be legally able to place an order and provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. Minors need the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian. Keep any account login secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Products: We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours, measurements, weave, texture, motifs, and handcrafted finishes may vary slightly. Accessories shown in photographs are included only if the product description says so. Your rights remain available if an item is damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description.
- Custom work: Provide accurate measurements and instructions for stitching, alterations, finishing, or personalised products. Once work or fabric cutting begins, cancellation or voluntary return may no longer be possible. Verified defects and applicable legal remedies remain covered.
- Prices and offers: The checkout price applies when you submit your order. Shipping, taxes, international duties, or payment provider charges may apply where stated. Promotions depend on their stated dates, eligibility, exclusions, and stock. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied after purchase.
- Orders and payment: An automated confirmation means we received your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm it or dispatch it. We may cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious listing error, failed payment, suspected fraud, or an unserviceable address. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable amount. Available payment methods appear at checkout.
- Shipping: Delivery options, charges, estimates, tracking, and failed deliveries are covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. International customers may need to pay destination-country duties or fees unless these are included at checkout.
- Returns and cancellations: We do not generally offer unconditional change-of-mind returns. Our Returns, Exchange, Refunds & Cancellation Policy sets out eligibility and the process. Customised or altered items may be ineligible for voluntary return. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
- Reviews and website content: Submit only genuine content you have permission to share. You permit us to use submitted reviews and related content to operate and promote our business, where lawful. Our website text, images, logos, and designs may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
- Acceptable use: Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access, harmful software, disruptive automation, or abuse of promotions or support. We may restrict accounts or affected orders where reasonably necessary.
- Privacy and communications: Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. We may send messages about your order, payment, delivery, or support request. Promotional messages follow applicable law and your communication preferences.
- Liability and disputes: Website availability cannot be guaranteed. Any limits on liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Indian law governs these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protections and jurisdiction requirements.
